By accessing the website, shopping or using the services provided by Midheaven House, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Services

  • Midheaven House offers Astrology and Numerology consultations for informational and educational purposes, insight and personal growth. They are not a substitute for licensed medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.
  • Our Astrology approach might include elements and concepts grounded in Psychological Astrology, which borrow psychological principles to offer a deeper understanding of personality and human behavior. Although it can bring clarity and help people understand behavior patterns, I am not a licensed therapist and do not offer professional mental health services. If you are experiencing emotional distress, suffering from trauma or any type of mental health crisis, please contact a licensed therapist or a mental health service.
  • Astrology and Numerlogy are interpretive arts; insights are subjective and vary per individual. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes and results.
  • By using our website and services, you agree that you are solely responsible for how you interpret and use the information provided. Midheaven House disclaims any liability for actions taken based on session content.
  • Sessions are conducted online via Google Meet or other platforms as indicated during booking. For people residing in the Seattle metro area, in-person sessions are available.
  • Sessions will be recorded for later digital file sharing through email or SMS. By booking an appointment, you agree to be recorded and to use the recording for personal purposes only. Recorded files will be kept for 30 days, so make sure to download a copy upon receiving the digital file sharing link.
  • Personal information shared during sessions is strictly confidential and won’t be shared without your permission. You can find more details about personal data handling in our privacy policy.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to book a session.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a session. This includes full name, date, time and place of birth.

Payment and Booking

  • All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking.
  • Payments are securely processed through third-party providers such as Stripe or Square.
  • All prices are listed in US Dollars and can change without notice.
  • Sessions must be booked at least 72 hours in advance.
  • All session times are listed in Pacific Time. Ensure you adjust accordingly if you are in a different time zone.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Rescheduling and cancellations with a refund are possible at least 48 hours in advance.
  • Sessions cancelled within less than 48 hours will not be refunded, but can be rescheduled once as a courtesy.
  • No-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled.

Shop

  • Products sold through our online shop are for personal use only and may not be redistributed or resold without permission.
  • All digital products are non-refundable once delivered.
  • For physical items: Please review individual product pages for shipping fees and times, return eligibility, and care instructions.
  • If a product arrives damaged or is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Intellectual Property

  • All content, including reports, digital downloads, and session recordings is the intellectual property of Midheaven House.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any content without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings/orders if behavior is inappropriate, if false information is provided, or for any other reason at our discretion.
