Return & Refund Policies

Returns

Our shop return policy varies according to product type:

• Candles: Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.

• All other products: Clothing, accessories and home decor items (other than candles) that are made on demand by a printing partner are all non-returnable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Buyers are responsible for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. Buyers are also responsible for return shipping costs, which will be subtracted from the original refund value.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at midheavenhouse@gmail.com.

Cancellations

We accept order cancellations up to 12 hours after purchase. Buyers are responsible for making requests within this timeframe.
